This is a Tribute to MY teacher, Elder and friend of 45years Master H. Castel of Warriors of the Sun Fights Arts out of NYC where I grew up.

I did this last November when he turned 73 years old.

I did it on Bruce Lee's 85th Birthday, which is just 5days after Master Castel......GrandMaster Alan Lee (featured in the video) is who taught Master Castel and is still alive and kickin'

I'm the baby of the bunch at 63yo as of May 18th

I can not express enough in words how Chief Elder (He prefers that to Master, since he has never stopped learning) has impacted my life for the better.

We are planning to do some Masterclasses and Podcasts with Chief Elder and some of the other students and Elders very soon.

As far back as 10years ago when I first introduced the 12Gems cleanse as a product to students and clients, I used to give everyone a copy of the full 30 minute version of this video.

I notice over the years that people didn't have the time or the attention to watch it and discuss the incredible information (especially in the form of disclosing the corruption in our food supply that lead to the increasing disease and death over the last 50 years or so.

I had lost the video, and when I went back to look for it earlier this year, I found out that ALL COPIES had been scrubbed from the web.

Progression and consistency is the key ... You don't have to go hard every day ... Just don't let 72 hours pass without doing something again for the same muscle group.

That's just something I've validated for me over time.

In September 2019, a fourth-grade student in Florida wanted to take part in his school's spirit day. He was a big fan of the University of Tennessee, but he did not own any official university clothing. Wanting to show his school spirit, he came up with a creative solution.

The young boy drew the university's "UT" logo on a piece of paper and pinned it to an orange shirt. He was proud of his homemade design and excited to wear it to school. Sadly, some of his classmates made fun of him. The teasing became so hurtful that the boy returned to his classroom in tears.

His teacher was heartbroken and decided to share the story on Facebook. She posted about the student's creativity, courage, and disappointment. What happened next surprised everyone.

The post quickly spread across social media and reached people around the world. Thousands were touched by the boy's story and wanted to support him. Soon, the University of Tennessee heard about what had happened.

Instead of simply sending him a shirt, the university did something extraordinary. They turned the boy's hand-drawn design into an official t-shirt. Fans everywhere rushed to buy it, and the shirt became a huge success. More than 112,000 shirts were sold, raising over $950,000. Every dollar of the proceeds was donated to STOMP Out Bully!ng, a non-profit organization that helps fight bully!ng.

The university also honored the young fan with a full four-year scholarship.

What began as a painful day at school became an inspiring story of kindness, resilience, and how one child's creativity touched the world.
