We're revving up for V-Day with a special Healthy Hips class. 💘

Hips play a vital role in our body's balance and well being. It's the intersection of the lower and upper bodies where we generate the power to drive movement. Once the hips become tight and immobile, our overall mobility suffers.

This class is a hybrid of Lastics Stretch and Lastics Pain Relief which addresses imbalances and the surrounding muscles that make them feel tight and painful. The exercises stabilize, stretch and strengthen the hip complex, which includes the lower back.

We've reworked our flexibility webinar for dance teachers where it is now prerecorded and you can play at your convenience.

​​​​​​​Initially, we had planned to run the webinar live and in groups so there would be an opportunity to build community and cross-talk studio life.

Scheduling made that goal untenable, so we redid the presentation to be more independent study versus classroom style. That's not to say we can't gather online at some point, though I suspect it will be a more organic process rather than having to get everyone together on a predetermined date and time.
