Two people can share the same home, breathe the same air, and have completely different reactions to mold. 🏡
One may feel mostly fine.
The other may experience:
🧠 Brain fog
😴 Fatigue
🤕 Headaches
💫 Dizziness
🤧 Congestion
🍅 Histamine reactions
🦠 Digestive symptoms
🌙 Sleep disruption
⚡ Feeling anxious or “wired”
The difference is not always the exposure itself.
It is often the combination of the exposure plus the person’s individual susceptibility and total body burden. ✨
Someone may react more strongly if their system is already dealing with chronic inflammation, gut dysfunction, mast cell activation, previous environmental exposures, poor sleep, high stress, or a reduced ability to process and eliminate inflammatory byproducts. 🌿
Symptoms can also depend on how much time each person spends in the affected area, where they sleep or work, and whether they have other exposures outside the home. 🏠
This is why one person feeling fine does not automatically rule out a problem.
It also does not prove that every symptom is caused by mold.
The goal is to look at the full picture: 🧩
✔️ The building
✔️ The exposure pattern
✔️ The symptom timeline
✔️ The person’s individual health history
Same environment. Different bodies. Different response. 🤍
