Why is my watermelon like that? I have never seen it with a white spot like that. The rest of it is very sweet but when it cut to the middle it had that white faded piece and felt very dry to touch . Anyone seen this before and is it safe?

Today was a free lunch from my bosses day. It’s not often that they offer free lunch but since we have been doing so well they wanted to show their appreciation. As a nonprofit company this is a real splurge. My bosses are truly the best and I appreciate them so much. Anyways, it was Panera that everyone voted for and I opted for the chicken medley salad which was absolutely delicious! Thank you and thank you and thank you again as you really didn’t have to ☺️

This is a lot of snow! Probably the most I’ve seen in the past 10 years. They were not exaggerating this time around. Usually we barely get half of what they’re saying on the news but this time is different, we got hit royally lol 😜

Eating healthy is not easy but incorporating the items you like does help to stick to it. This is my typical breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs, half avocado, cherry tomatoes, half turnip, and a slice of mozzarella cheese, topped off with everything but the bagel seasoning. This is extremely filling and delicious and helps keep you full for a long time.
