Nancy will be 96 in November and doesn’t mind saying her age. She says it all the time, “because it gives hope to other people to be of sound mind and body at her age.”

Join for an Online Yoga Teacher's Practice on Wednesday, September 7 at 10:30am Eastern!

This class is taught at about a Level 2/3 Active Vinyasa class and is specifically for teachers. Your teacher will offer themes and teachings that are especially helpful to other yoga teachers and will stay after class for about 15 or 20 minutes to answer questions and hold space for all the teachers to connect with each other.
