Bronny James survived sudden cardiac arrest at 18 because the people around him acted fast: quick CPR and a nearby AED kept him alive until help arrived. Today he’s back on the court in the NBA.

Cardiac arrest can strike anyone, even a young elite athlete, with no warning. Those first few minutes come down to having someone nearby who knows what to do.
