Great tip: If you HATE nonfat plain Greek yogurt like I do, squirting 3 tablespoons of fat free Reddi Wip into it is a game changer. Then I add cut up fresh fruit (my go to is strawberries and blueberries) and literally a pinch (just for a little crunch) of sliced almonds, All-Bran buds, and mini chocolate chips. 0 point breakfast and it’s delicious!
Bonus- I make it on Saturday for the whole week and just grab and go each day.
