Often we depend too heavily on external tools to stimulate and motivate us. These substances and supplements are more like adding gas to the fire rather than being the fire itself. We are the fire. Seeing the true value of the experiences we are going through is a magnificent way to access the reward centers of our consciousness and enhance our energy and motivation to accomplish our visions.. Though we are what we eat, we are much more than just that.
