THIS is why we love what we do. 🔥❄️

Recovery looks different for everyone.

For some, it’s recovering after a brutal workout. For others, it’s taking a few minutes to slow down, breathe, reset, and give their body a little extra love.

This client came in having a particularly rough day and decided to take the plunge. Her experience afterward? Well… we’ll let her review speak for itself. 🖤

And can we talk about this line?!

“Recovery is not just for athletes pushing limits and weekend warriors, it is for all humans who defy gravity every day.”

👏 THAT. 👏 RIGHT. 👏 THERE.

Cold plunging isn’t just for the CrossFitter, runner, powerlifter, or competitive athlete. You don’t have to “earn” recovery.

Sometimes you just need to get cold, breathe through the first few minutes, and remember why you keep coming back. 🥶

Go. Plunge. Now.

Today, we remember. 🇺🇸

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage on September 11, 2001.

25 years later, we still honor their memory.

Never forgotten. ❤️🤍💙
I want to know..where were YOU on this day 25 years ago?

A lil birthday plunge for The Recovery Bar 🥳🧊

I was ✨sparkling✨ with a healthy amount of stress and anxiety today 😂 so apparently the birthday girl wasn’t the only one who needed a little attention.

A few minutes in the cold was exactly the reset my nervous system needed. Sometimes you just need 55° water to make everything else in your brain shut up for a minute. 😂

Happy birthday, Recovery Bar. Thanks for taking care of me too. 🖤🔥❄️

🎉 ONE YEAR OF THE RECOVERY BAR 🎉

One year ago today, we officially became The Recovery Bar.

What started as a vision has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined.

Over the past year we've...
❄️ Opened the first commercial ChillyGOAT cold plunge facility in Florida.
🔥 Expanded our recovery services.
🏃 Helped athletes, parents, teachers, military members, and everyday people move and feel better.
🤝 Built incredible partnerships throughout our community.
📚 Became an approved Step Up For Students provider.
❤️ And, most importantly, met so many amazing people who've become part of The Recovery Bar family.

None of this would've been possible without every person who has trusted us with their recovery, shared our posts, told a friend, or simply walked through our doors.

So today, we want to celebrate YOU.
