Two years of foundational work. One annual recheck. Minor adjustments based on real data.

That's the whole story.

Not magic. Not perfect protocols. Not a 6-week miracle. Just consistent integrative care that builds a body capable of meeting whatever life โ€” and midlife โ€” hands it.

Cold leftovers in a bowl, sitting on the couch, no shame about it.

Most women come to me having spent thousands on supplements and protocols that didn't work.

If your gut isn't absorbing properly, the supplements are expensive urine.

If your minerals are depleted, your hormones don't have the raw materials to function.

If your cortisol curve is dysregulated, no amount of "eating clean" is going to override what your stress physiology is doing.

These three tests together tell me which of those (or all of them) is happening for you and in what order we need to address things to help you heal for good.

That's not a guess. That's not a generic protocol. That's a plan built on what your specific body is actually doing.

Message me LABS to snag one of my final June lab packages. ๐Ÿ’š

The wellness industry has built an entire personality around telling women to "do less."

Slow down. Step back. Set boundaries. Delegate. Rest. Just say no.

All of that can be valid advice for the woman who's running on fumes because she's saying yes to things she doesn't actually want.

But that's not you.

You're running a household, raising kids, leading a team, building a business (or two) โ€” and you love your life!

You don't want to step back from any of it.

You want a body that can keep up with the woman you've worked your whole life to become.

And when "do less" is the only answer being offered, what it really means is - we don't know how to support you. So we're going to tell you the problem is that you're doing too much.

Sometimes "do less" is part of the healing conversation. Sometimes you are genuinely overcommitted.
I'll tell you that when I see it.

But more often what I see is a woman whose body has been under-supported for decades, who's now being told her ambition is the problem.

It's not. Her depletion is.

I'm a single mom running a business raising two kids. My life is fuller than it's ever been. I'm not slowing down.

I'm using what I know - the testing, the data, the foundational work - to support my body harder.
So I can keep doing what I love without it breaking me.

That's the work. Not making your life smaller.
Building a body that can finally meet the life you've built.

If you've been told you need to do less and it doesn't feel right - it's because you're working with someone who doesn't know how to do better. ๐Ÿ’š

When does root cause healing become its own pathology?

I've watched this corner of the internet drift somewhere troubling.

Women who started this alternative health journey because they wanted relief from real symptoms that Western medicine was ignoring are now living in elaborate systems of vigilance.

Checking their morning glucose.
Mapping their cycle data to their daily decisions.
Refusing to eat anything they didn't source themselves or that isn't organic.
Panicking if a flagged marker isn't perfect.
Doing less because "cortisol."
Losing all the joy in their life and feeling like a never ending self improvement project.

And the integrative space is calling this being your own advocate.

It's not. It's a constructed dependency on data and protocols masquerading as autonomy.

Here's where I actually live in this conversation โ€” and why I'm probably different from the practitioner you've been working with.

I appreciate nuance in a space that mostly doesn't.

I will not tell you that one food or food group is responsible for your symptoms.
I will not tell you that one supplement will fix your fatigue.
I will not tell you that your nervous system is the master switch and everything else is downstream.
I will not give you a clean answer that fits on a slide if the clinical truth is more involved than that.

I'm truly integrative.

Not integrative as a marketing label while practicing as a one-trick specialist.

Actually integrative โ€” meaning gut, hormones, liver, minerals, blood sugar, psychology, behavior, and your real life all get a seat at the table.

That's the difference. That's what makes hiring me different from hiring the next person down the road who says she does what I do.

Healing is supposed to give you your life back.

If it's costing you your relationship with food, your social life, your ability to be present, or your sense of self โ€” something has gone wrong.

You need a practitioner who appreciates that the extreme position isn't the credible one. ๐Ÿ’š

06/05/2026

Every position I take in my coaching practice exists because I've watched the harm that comes to women when practitioners don't hold these lines.

Find a practitioner who will fight for the version of you who hired her.

Or keep working with people who will let you drift and wonder why you're stuck. ๐Ÿ’š

The reason most hormone work doesn't stick isn't because women aren't trying hard enough.

It's because they've been handed generic information and expected to make it work for a specific body โ€” their body โ€” with its own history, depletion patterns, and accumulated load.

That's not how this works.

Two women can have the same symptoms and need completely different interventions.

One needs gut pathogen work before hormones will respond.
One needs adrenal and blood sugar support before her thyroid will recover.
One needs liver pathway support before estrogen will clear.

The protocol that worked for your friend has nothing to do with what your body needs.

Generic information will get you partway. It might even help in the short term.
But it won't get you to the version of you who actually feels like herself again.

What gets you there is the right information โ€” for you, gathered through the right testing, interpreted by someone who can see the whole picture and build a plan around it.

That's what June functional lab packages are for. Message me LABS if you're ready to stop guessing. ๐Ÿ’š

Healing isn't supposed to make your life smaller, more anxious, or more obsessive.

It's supposed to help you live a bigger, fuller life with less interference from your body.

Integrative work that works with your real life, not against it.

Follow if you're done being scared of your dinner. ๐Ÿ’š

The wellness industry loves to tell you your body is wise.

That your symptoms are messages. That you should trust your body. That if you just listen hard enough, your body will tell you what it needs.

I love your body too. I've spent six years studying what bodies need.
But right now? Your body is being kind of a jerk to you.
The 2am wake-ups aren't wisdom. The rage at the dishwasher isn't a sacred message. The brain fog isn't a spiritual awakening. The exhaustion that coffee won't touch isn't your intuition trying to slow you down.
Your body is showing receipts for decades of running on fumes. Birth control. Pregnancies without recovery. Chronic stress. Nutrition that wasn't supporting hormone production. Plus what's accumulated along the way โ€” heavy metals, gut pathogens, a liver doing the work of three organs.
That's not wisdom. That's depletion and overload. Both at the same time.
Telling you it's wise when it's waking you up at 2am for the fourth night in a row is gaslighting dressed up as empowerment. And it keeps you stuck โ€” because if your body is "wise," then you must just not be listening hard enough. Which means you are the problem.
You're not the problem.
This is the work I do with my clients. Looking at what's actually depleted, what's accumulated, and rebuilding from there. So your body can stop sending you 2am alarm signals and you can sleep through the night like a person.
You don't need to listen harder. You need someone to actually look. ๐Ÿ’š

This month life has been LIFE-ING, hard. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

And I'm tired but I'm not falling apart.

A few years ago, this same May would have destroyed me.

Back when Hashimoto's symptoms were still running my day and I was just trying to push through what I now know was a thyroid quietly failing.
Exhaustion coffee couldn't fix.
Hair falling out.
Skin that wouldn't behave.
Bloating I couldn't out-eat.
Brain fog that scared me.
Weight that wouldn't move no matter what I did.

I would have ended this month flat in bed.

The difference between that version of me and this one isn't that my life got easier.

My life is fuller now as a single mom than it was then.

The difference is that I rebuilt the body that gave out on me โ€” not by making my life smaller, but by figuring out what was actually depleted and what was accumulated, and addressing both.

I see so many women talking about Maycember right now and I want to name something.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป May is a lot for many of us.

But for some of you, May isn't just hard. It's catastrophic.

You're not getting through it โ€” you're being broken by it.

And you're being told it's normal, it's stress, it's your age, it's just being a woman.

It's not.

It's a body that's showing receipts and finally getting too loud to ignore.

This is the work I do with my clients.

Looking at what's actually depleted, what's accumulated, and rebuilding from there.

Not making your life smaller.

Building the body that can finally meet the life you've already built.

I'm opening functional medicine at-home lab packages for June with limited spots - 2 already taken!

If May has been destroying you and you're ready to find out what's actually going on, Message me LABS.

Let's talk about what testing I'd run for your specific situation. ๐Ÿ’š
