MEDITATION vs. MENTAL CHATTER
Meditation is the gateway to become in total union with supreme creator of the Universe: The Inner Self.
To Achieve this amazing task, the Mind must become Silent and remain Silent. Therefore, the first primary benefit of the Meditation is to silent the mind. Why this is so important? To do so, we understand the nature of the noise in the Mind or Mental Chatter.
What is Mental Chatter? Whenever we are involved in a painful or upsetting incident, The Subconscious Mind will record the Incident and instantly, attach electrical charges to it. The Subconscious Mind will REMIND you of the Electrically Charged Event and at the same time record it as a new painful, Electrically Charged Incident. The process of reminding and recording acts as doubling the charged incident with every reminder. As the result, after being reminded of upsetting situation only 20 times there will 1,048, 576 recordings of the incident in the Subconscious Mind.
Now, I want you to imagine an ordinary person would have one more upsets a day for just 20 years. Remember, all the upsets become Electrically Charged and their number doubles with every reminder.
The Incidents cannot be eliminated. However, they can be neutralized.
How? It is a scientific fact, that if put 2 object with the same amount of Electrical Charges at the same place at the same time they both will become neutralized.
During Meditation, if one with the closed eyes focuses on the Mind's Screen where the Electrically Charged incidents are projected, the incidents will be duplicated and projected on the same Screen. Then one will have 2 objects with the same exact amount of Electrical Charges at the same place at the same time and will all become neutralized.
What each Tatwa does, is to bring a large number of a specific selection of the painful incidents to the mind Screen and allow them to become neutralized.
