Speak life into yourself, you can overcome limitations!

The language we use regarding ourselves suggests what we believe about ourselves. Review how you internally and externally speak to yourself often to increase awareness and promote growth.

Limiting language/beliefs can be about self, people, places, things, and ideas. Identifying your limitations and reinforcing them with realistic and positive beliefs is extremely important.

Limiting language/beliefs can hinder your progress and encourage you to stay in your comfort zone. We limit ourselves to fear of failure, judgment, criticism, shame, and several other reasons.

I challenge you to speak life into yourself each day. Words have so much power! …and haters are going to hate whether you are up or down so, shine bright ✨
