✨ A Special Evening at the CILRU Gala ✨

Honored to be part of such a meaningful fundraising event. ❤️

I had the privilege of creating a special painting as a gift for the speaker. Every brushstroke was made with love, gratitude, and appreciation. 🎨

Thank you, Center for Islamic Life at Rutgers University (CILRU) Sur Kd for bringing our community together and giving me the opportunity to contribute through my art. 🤍

The "Selam, ya Resulallah" event, which is celebrated in Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Majlis of the Islamic Community of Sarajevo, is a significant cultural and religious event that commemorates the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the month of Rabi' al-awwal.

This year, the Baščaršija bazaar distributes 571 roses to commemorate the Prophet's birth year, 571 CE. The youth network's initiative revives an ancient custom in which shopkeepers would illuminate their windows and distribute traditional sweets.
