Today’s play shop has been postponed. It has been decided to move it to colder temperatures so as not to compete with the weather we have been gifted 🙏🏻🙏🏻

What if we stopped calling everything inner work?

What if coming home to ourselves didn’t always require digging, fixing, processing or trying to become a better version of ourselves?

What if sometimes we could simply play our way back in?

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how seriously we take healing.

Somewhere along the way, even reconnecting with ourselves became work.

Shadow work.
Inner work.
Healing work.
Body work.

And there is absolutely a place for all of it.

But what about play?

What about movement because it feels good? Curiosity. Sensuality. Laughter. Sound. Creativity. Pleasure. Being a little ridiculous. Letting the body lead instead of asking the mind to figure everything out.

What if those things can bring us home, too?

That’s the energy I’m bringing into my next Wild Feminine: A Ritual of Embodiment gatherings this coming Friday & Sunday.

And honestly, I’m beginning to think workshop isn’t quite the right word anymore.

Maybe it’s a playshop. 🔥

This is an intimate space for women to step out of all the roles we carry and spend a little time simply experiencing ourselves.

We’ll move. We’ll breathe. We’ll explore. We’ll connect with our bodies. We’ll get curious. We’ll make room for whatever wants to show up.

There is nothing to perform.
Nothing you need to be good at.
And you certainly don’t need to arrive already feeling “wild.” 😉

Space is intentionally kept small.
Come play.
Come feel.
Come remember.

She’s still in there. 🔥

Just come as you are. See comments below for details, dates & links to reserve your spot. Let’s play!!!!

What if we stopped calling it a workshop… and called it a PLAYSHOP? 🔥

The Wild Feminine was never meant to be another place where women come to “work on themselves.”

There is nothing wrong with depth, reflection or healing. We’ll make space for all of it.

But embodiment is also about remembering how to feel alive inside your own body.

To move without worrying how you look.
To breathe deeply.
To follow sensation and curiosity.
To experience pleasure, laughter, creativity and play.
To notice what your body wants instead of constantly asking what it should be doing.

Many of us have spent years caring, producing, performing, managing and holding everything together.

Sometimes we simply forget what it feels like to inhabit ourselves.

The Wild Feminine is an invitation back.

Through movement, somatic exploration, ritual, connection and yes — PLAY — we’ll explore what happens when we give ourselves permission to soften the rules and reconnect with the instinctive, expressive, embodied woman underneath them.

You do not need to know how to dance.
You do not need to be “spiritual enough.”
You do not need to arrive fearless, confident or completely comfortable in your body.

Just bring yourself.

We’ll meet her there. 🌹🔥

This coming Sunday . 🔥

I’ll be gathering with a small group of women for The Wild Feminine: A Ritual of Embodiment.

This experience was created as an invitation to step away from the constant noise of the mind and return to the wisdom of the body.

Through movement, breath, touch, stillness and ritual, we’ll explore what it feels like to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that can become quiet beneath the expectations, responsibilities and roles we carry.

There is nothing to achieve.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing you need to already know.

Just an invitation to come as you are, get curious, and experience yourself a little differently.

🔥 The Wild Feminine: A Ritual of Embodiment
Sunday, September 6,
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

This gathering is offered on a donation basis — intentionally removing cost as a barrier to experiencing this work.

Space is limited.

When we learn to fall back into our bodies and re-establish a connection to self, we can begin to understand the importance of self-awareness.

We then begin to ~

Choose allowing over forcing.
Choose alignment over chasing.
Choose self over being chosen.
Choose love over fear.

It begins with reconnecting to those parts of ourselves that have been forgotten.

The parts that learned to quiet themselves.
To override what they felt.
To question what they knew.
To move away from their own rhythm.

The Wild Feminine isn’t something we need to become.
She is something we remember.

And perhaps the journey back to her begins simply—

by coming home to the body, listening to what has been there all along, and remembering ourselves again.

If this resonates….check out upcoming Red Tent workshop where I will be presenting The Wild Feminine 🔥

The feminine isn’t something we need to perform.

She isn’t a dress, a look, a voice or a way of behaving.

She is something we experience within the body.

And sometimes the first step back to her is simply creating enough safety to soften.

When did we forget how to flow?

The feminine.

The soft. The sensual. The flow. The rhythm. The intuitive. The wisdom.

She can be likened to water—moving without restraint, without interference or manipulation from others, always finding her way. A stream, a creek, a river… constantly in motion, flowing toward something. Understanding there is purpose in its destination.

But when water is no longer fed by its source, the flow begins to slow. It becomes stagnant. Murky. What once moved freely begins to collect debris, until eventually there may be little movement at all.

We are not so different.

When water is at its strongest and most uncontained, it can leave behind a path of devastation and destruction. It cannot control its own chaos.

At its weakest, the edges of its container begin to reveal just how much has been lost. And this, too, can create its own kind of devastation.

But when water is moving in its natural rhythm?

It simply finds its way.

It moves around what stands before it. It carves a new path when necessary. It smooths rough rocks. It reshapes the landscape. It leaves behind an imprint of where it has been.

There is both softness and incredible strength in its flow.

So how do we remember how to return to our own natural rhythm?

And perhaps more importantly… how do we embody a rhythm that has become foreign to us?

Because somewhere along the way, many of us became guarded. Armored. Dysregulated. So accustomed to living in our masculine—doing, pushing, managing, holding everything together—that our own softness began to feel like a stranger in our bodies.

What happens when, for just two hours, we allow ourselves to enter a space of safety and zero judgment?

To soften.

To move.

To breathe.

To reintroduce ourselves to the feminine energy that has never actually left us.

To reconnect with the intuition, the wisdom, the sensuality, and the strength so many of us have forgotten we carry.

Like flowing water, we need to be fed. We need to be nurtured.

And perhaps we need to remember that we are also our own source.

Releasing what we have learned to carry that was never ours.

Allowing the body to remember its natural rhythm.

Softening the armor.

Moving what has become stagnant.

And finding our way back into the flow.

The Wild Feminine is an invitation to remember.
Not to become something new.

But to return to something that has been there all along.

If any part of this feels like a little “this totally resonates with me” nudge, see the comments section below for details about my upcoming workshop.

When Did Touch Become Taboo?

Somewhere along the way…

touch became suspicious.

It became hurried.
Transactional.
Sexualized.
Something to consume.
Something to sell.
Something to fear.

We became comfortable with screens replacing presence.

Technology replacing connection.

Efficiency replacing care.

Somewhere we forgot that human touch was never meant to exist only between lovers.

A child needs it.
An aging parent needs it.
A grieving friend needs it.
A frightened nervous system needs it.

We’ve confused sensual with sexual.

They’re not the same.

Sensual simply means experienced through the senses.

Warmth.
Presence.
Breath.
Gentleness.
Safety.

None of those are inherently sexual.

Yet we’ve inherited a culture that often struggles to tell the difference.

I think that’s one of the great losses of our time.

07/19/2026

Before we ever understood words, we understood touch.

Before we understood belief, religion, culture, or identity…
our nervous systems already knew the difference between hands that felt safe and hands that didn’t.

We learned warmth.
We learned absence.
We learned tenderness.
We learned obligation.
We learned neglect.

Some of us remember what safe touch felt like.

Some of us only remember what it wasn’t.

And some don’t remember it at all.

Touch isn’t just physical contact.
It’s a language.

Long before we had words, our bodies were already listening.

Maybe that’s why so many of us are starving for something we can’t quite name.

We’re not simply touch deprived.

We’re longing to remember a language our nervous systems were created to understand.
