I am an RN with over 30 years nursing experience, Certified by the national Certification Corporation in Inpatient Obstetrics, And a birth junkie! I'm a Grandmother and Reiki practitioner as well as all the other hats I wear. Each pregnancy, labor and birth is a threshold for each of us and I"M HERE FOR YOU!! I have personally experienced a natural labour and vaginal delivery. A medicated one, An

emergency cesarean delivery, a scheduled cesarean delivery, a term stillbirth and a successful VBAC. I am a believer in evidence based practice and this walks comfortably hand in hand with the normalcy of childbearing. "Sad night last night but today is a brighter day. The ewe (female sheep) on the left lambed a stillborn and we were unable to resuscitate it. She cried most of the night longing for her lamb after we removed it.

The ewe on the right lambed twins last week, though they were very small. It seems that today she has given one of her twins to the grieving mother to raise as her own. This is a photo of them together with their new children."
