Naloxone Saves Lives. 💜

National Naloxone Awareness Day is a reminder that opioid overdoses can happen anywhere, and that everyday people can make a difference!

Naloxone is a medication that can temporarily reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and help keep someone alive until emergency medical care arrives.

You don't need to be a healthcare professional to carry naloxone. You just need to be willing to help.

Today marks the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, when Allied forces landed on the beaches of Normandy and helped turn the tide of a war that had engulfed the world.

It is a solemn reminder of the cost of freedom and the weight of sacrifice.
And a reminder that courage is not the absence of fear, but the decision to move forward in spite of it.

To those who stormed the beaches of Normandy, to all who served during World War II, and to the men and women of our Armed Forces serving today, we thank you.

Got a DUI? We can help!

We worked directly with the RI DMV to build something that actually works -- a treatment track for 1st and 2nd-time DUI/refusal offenders that fulfills licensing requirements and opens the door to real change.

A DUI doesn't have to define what comes next.

Ready to take the next step? Program starts June 9th. Call us or DM us to enroll. 📲 866-407-4832

We talk a lot about alcohol's impact on the liver. We don't talk nearly enough about its impact on the heart.

Excessive alcohol use can increase blood pressure, raise the risk of heart disease and stroke, and contribute to other serious cardiovascular problems.

A heart can stop without warning.

More than 350,000 cardiac arrests occur outside of hospitals in the United States each year.

Saving a life means understanding the risks, recognizing the warning signs, and being ready to help when every second matters.

This CPR & AED Awareness Week, learn the skills that could help save a friend, coworker, parent, spouse, or stranger.

There’s this idea that men are supposed to be strong, resilient, and tough it out. And you see that a lot — the guy that can work through sickness, injury, heartache.

The problem is, we haven’t really taught men how to ask for help. And the expectation to “just push through” can make it even harder to admit when something’s wrong.

But the fact is, "I'm fine" only works for so long.

If you’re a guy reading this post and getting ready to scroll, we have a question for you:

How are you? Really?

And if you don’t have the words to say it, we can help you find them.

Reaching out isn’t weakness. It’s courage.

Okay, June crew… it’s time to spill the tea. ☕💙

Who’s celebrating a sober milestone this month?!
24 hours?
30 days?
6 months?
5 years?
More?

We want to celebrate every win with you because recovery milestones deserve just as much love as any other life milestone. 🎉

Drop your sober date or milestone in the comments so we can cheer you on!

Rock bottom may get the headlines, but the reality is that many people struggling with alcohol or substance use disorders still show up.

For work.
For their families.
For the gym.
For their responsibilities.

Addiction lies. It tells us that if the bills are paid, we're meeting our obligations, and we make it to our kid's piano recital, then everything must be fine.

But if you're finding it difficult to go a day or a week without drinking, or if one or two drinks regularly turns into five or six, it may be time to have a conversation.

Addiction doesn't always look the way people expect it to. You don't have to lose everything before asking for help.

A lot of people avoid getting help because they worry about:
Being judged.
Having to relive their past.
Losing control.
Feeling overwhelmed.

But trauma-informed care isn’t about losing control. It’s about finding it again. At your pace.

It’s about creating safety.Understanding context.Recognizing survival patterns without shame.Building trust slowly, over time.

Healing is not interrogation. And you do not have to tell your whole story on day one.
