We are working on dehydrating our starter this week to make up some baking mixes. Our first batch will be sourdough and cornmeal pancake mix or ‘Hoe cakes’!
I love hoe cakes, they are probably one of my top three favorite breakfast items so I had to start with these. With this dry goods mix, you’ll be able to whip up some gut healthy hoe cakes whenever you feel like it! (Breakfast for dinner is my favorite!)

I’ll post again when they are available and how many bags I have!
