This page has been created to help me on my journey to get healthy! I hope by posting everything (even the ugly bits) that I will inspire others to do the same! So, let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Heather, and I am a stay-at-home mom who is trying to grow her own business. I have 2 beautiful daughters and a wonderful son. erance is 18, works as a personal care aide and is working on her degree in healthcare management. Alex is 23 and in the US Army. My wonderful husband is medically retired from the military after serving 2 tours in Iraq. Here comes the purpose of this page! After my hubby's retirement, we moved back to my hometown. A place where outdoor activities are unlimited! Unfortunately, I have let my health get so poor that I am not able to enjoy doing a lot of these things with my girls. It makes me mad and sad. So, my journey to getting healthy begins.
