I can't believe I am celebrating Coca Athletics 13th birthday week this week....... I was young and dumb having no idea what I was doing in 2010 and I wouldn't change a thing about my story!

To make the number 13 lucky for us we decided to celebrate our longest standing clients with bench mark workouts. Written in conjunction with the client it's named after.

Like me…..Struggling with booze

I have been conflicted with drinking for a lot of reasons
- it’s literally poison
- but if you don’t drink you’re weird
- wanting to feel a part of the social ritual
- in gods eyes it is a sin
- it’s numbing actual emotions
- it leads to poor food choices
- it stops recovery
- it hinders performance

Sooooooo for tomorrows tailgate I’ll be trying a few non-alcoholic options to buffer the strength needed to just say ‘no thanks’
