I once added up what a client had spent on supplements before she found me. It was well over a thousand dollars. And here's the part that stopped her cold when I told her why not one of those bottles ever had a chance.
She assumed the same thing most women assume. That she'd bought the wrong brands. That if she'd just found the higher quality version, or the right combination, or the one her favorite podcast swore by, things would finally shift.
So she kept buying. And kept feeling exactly the same.
Here's what I told her, and what I want you to hear too. Your supplements didn't fail because they were the wrong brands. They failed because of the order.
Think of a clogged sink. You can pour the finest, most expensive thing you own straight down it, and it doesn't matter how good it is. If the drain underneath is backed up, none of it goes where it's supposed to. It just sits on top, going nowhere.
That's what's happening at the cellular level when your drainage pathways are congested. You can pour in fuel all day long. But if the body has no clear exit for what's already stuck, nothing gets absorbed and nothing gets used. This is exactly why detoxing without drainage is like trying to mop up a flood without turning off the faucet.
So before we ever talk about which supplement to add, we clear the drain first. In my work I call this the Metabolize step of the 4M Protocol, and it comes first for a reason. You have to do these things in the right order, or you end up feeling worse than when you started.
This is why I always say: if you haven't cleared your drainage and repaired your cells, you haven't actually tried everything. You've just been pouring good fuel into a body that couldn't receive it.
That money wasn't wasted because you were careless. It was wasted because nobody told you the drain was the problem. It is not your fault.
And the beautiful part? A body that couldn't absorb a single thing before can absorb beautifully once the drain is clear.
