A community based, not-for-profit agency founded in 1988, Mountain Valley Hospice seeks to make hospice care available to all appropriate patients and families in Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery and Saratoga Counties. In providing care to persons with life-limiting illnesses, the goal of hospice is to alleviate symptoms – physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, and social – enabling patients and f

amilies to concentrate on living as comfortably and fully as possible. Patient centered care allows control to remain with the patient and those supporting them. Mountain Valley Hospice provides care that is palliative, holistic and supportive.

🤍Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care proudly announces registration is now open for Healing Hearts: Children’s Bereavement Workshop.

🤍This program is for children ages 8-12 years old who have experienced a loss and are interested in learning more about coping skills, and healthy emotional expression, while gathering with others who may have a shared experience.

🤍Space is limited and registration is required no later than October 1st. Registration will close prior to 10/1 if the program is full. For more information about registering, call 518-725-4545 (Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm) or email [email protected].
