This tool (I refer to it as my light torch) offers red and infrared light for activating acupoints. It effectively provides as much light as a class 4 laser without the cost and safety issues.

Most days, I use this torch to activate my general health and balance points; a means of maintaining my overall health.

This is the brain cap I use to offer red and near infrared light to the brain. I personally use it to remediate my brain fog, sloppy thinking and to reduce my risk for dementia. Both of my parents were overtaken with dementia. It’s a way of declining I’ve observed to be excruciating.

Light therapy is one of the simplest, most restorative things you can do for yourself. You settle in, relax, and let gentle therapeutic light work quietly with your body. Most people feel warmth and deep relaxation almost immediately — and many notice a real reduction in pain and tension they’d almost forgotten wasn’t normal.
You don’t have to do anything except receive it.
I’ve spent thirty years working with the body’s natural capacity to heal. I’ve never seen something so simple offer so much comfort so quickly.
Curious? Your first session is waiting.

Did you know that emotional stress can sometimes become “stored” in the body? Many people experience this as anxiety, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, fatigue, or feeling stuck.

In my practice, I use gentle light therapy to help support emotional balance and relaxation. This non-invasive approach uses specific frequencies of light on acupuncture points to encourage the body’s natural healing response — without needles.

Sessions are gentle, relaxing, and personalized to your needs.
If you’re curious about how emotional photopuncture may support you, feel free to message me or book a consultation. 💛

When I work with clients, together we document how their function is improved as a result of their light therapy program. This is my husband dismantling our old shed. At 69, he has experienced degenerative arthritic changes in his joints resulting in neck surgery, hip/knee replacements and neuropathy in his left arm/hand. He uses our light system almost every day. This is what the lights have enabled him to do.

I’m starting a small Low Back Pain Pilot Program at the chiropractic clinic where my office is located. I am looking for 3–5 people who are dealing with ongoing back pain.

This will be a short series of light therapy sessions (2x per week for 3 weeks) using therapeutic light to support inflammation, circulation, and healing.

There is no cost to participate, but I am looking for people who can commit to the sessions and are open to sharing feedback about their experience.

Low back pain is something I’ve worked with and experience personally, so this is an area I care deeply about.

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in—or if you know someone who might be a good fit—send me a message and I’ll share more details.
