Red Light Therapy is marketing. Photobiomodulation is science. And red is only one piece of the spectrum.

Different wavelengths interact with the body in different ways, from the surface of the skin to deeper tissues. Red, near-infrared, amber, blue, green... understanding why, when, and where to use them is what turns a Light Therapy tool into an educated practice.

That’s what we’re here for: the education behind the Light.

Join us for Office Hours this Thursday as we explore the COLORS used in PBM and what they can do.

I’ve had this rechargeable pad for several months. I use it daily, personally and with clients. Honestly, I was skeptical of its effectiveness, as I’ve been using a highly effective, hard working system for 6 years. I’m now saying, without a doubt, this portable pad delivers the goods. I like that it doesn’t need to be plugged in and it delivers the light benefits of Near Infrared (changes cell permeability), Red (pain relief and cellular regeneration), Green (soothes nerves and oxygenates blood) and Blue (fights infection).

Every night, I fall asleep (it relaxes me because light calms the nervous system) with the pad over my belly to get light into my blood stream and support the workings of my liver, spleen, pancreas and digestive system. I had quite a surprise the other evening when I discovered a flattening and softening of a large scar I’ve had as a result of 4 c-sections and a hysterectomy. The first cut was 47 years ago today.

So, I‘m urging you to consider bringing this pad into your home for your health. It’s lightweight, portable, rechargeable, highly effective and affordable.
