Attend a live virtual event on October 15, 2026, at 2 p.m., hosted by Connecticut’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program – CHOICES, to review what is new in Medicare in 2027 and available information on 2027 plans. Due to the need to focus our time on available appointment with individuals, we are not able to schedule any additional in-person presentations at individual locations. We strongly encourage sites such as senior centers to set up a listening session to attend this virtual event. For those that cannot attend this time, the presentation will be recorded and available on YouTube for anytime on-demand viewing.

You don't have a "Medicare file" that needs updating. If you get a call saying your Medicare file needs to be updated, hang up.
Medicare isn’t asking for this; it’s a scam. If you did confirm or give out your Medicare number, report it to the SMP.
