Vendor Spotlight: Christine Young

At the heart of the "Luxe" aesthetic is true, handcrafted artistry, and we are so excited to welcome Christine Young to The Little Luxe Market!

Christine is bringing a wildly creative and beautiful collection of goods to the Homestead. Her booth will feature stunning IOD (Iron Orchid Designs) transfers on various mediums, incredible handmade wooden items, and uniquely beautiful purses crafted from repurposed coffee bean bags.

If you appreciate the beauty of upcycled, masterfully crafted artisan goods, her booth is an absolute must-stop. Come find a one-of-a-kind piece!

☕ Exciting News from Sprouting Acres Farm Store! ☕

We’re thrilled to partner with our friends at Milk & Honey Coffee Bar right here in Oakboro! 🤎☕

Starting Tuesday, May 26th, we’ll officially be carrying their delicious canned lattes right here at Sprouting Acres! 🥤✨ Sugar-free options available too!

I had the pleasure of sitting down with owner Nicole recently, and her joy and faith are truly contagious ✨ What started as a simple conversation turned into a beautiful reminder of what community is all about.

Nicole opened Milk & Honey as a place for ministry, a welcoming, safe haven for conversation, fellowship, prayer, and encouragement 🙏❤️ As an ordained minister, she sees every cup served as an opportunity to love people well.

One thing that touched my heart was hearing about “The Jillian,” a Lavender & White Chocolate Latte 🌿🤍 created in memory of a beloved customer who passed away. Jillian’s husband still comes in every day. That’s the kind of place Milk & Honey is. ☕

Their motto comes from Numbers 14:8, “a land which floweth with milk & honey.” 🍯 If the Lord has His hand in it, they follow where He leads.

This cheerful, spring‑bright bar (pictured below) is handcrafted with our creamy goat milk base and topped with a sweet little duck that adds a fun, playful touch. Perfect for gifting, kids, or anyone who loves a bit of whimsy in their bath routine.
