That’s why I’ve built The Wellness Affair around three essentials:

Because wellness isn’t just about how we move our bodies. It’s also about the questions we ask, the things we discover, the people we surround ourselves with, and having spaces where we feel welcomed and supported.

There are moments in business when you stop, look around, and realize you’re living something you once only imagined.

The Wellness Affair helped bring our very first Nourish & Align Alaska Retreat to life—and my heart is so full.

What started as an idea became four unforgettable days of movement, adventure, meaningful conversations, incredible meals, wellness experiences, and deep connection in one of the most breathtaking places on earth.

At The Wellness Affair, we’ve always believed wellness is about so much more than a workout or a green smoothie. It’s about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, inspired, and connected. This retreat was exactly that.

From curating every detail of the guest experience—from welcome gifts and branded touches to movement sessions, community-building moments, sponsor partnerships, and content creation—we set out to create something that felt intentional from beginning to end. Watching women who had never met leave feeling like lifelong friends reminded me why this work matters so much.

I’m incredibly grateful to my co-host, Mary Richards and for asking us to be a part of this. Together, we created something truly special, and this is only the beginning.

To every guest who trusted us enough to say yes, thank you. Your openness, laughter, vulnerability, and adventurous spirit made this experience what it was.
