We have the official time of our Winter Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere.
So what does that mean?
Today has the shortest daylight hours and longest hours of darkness….
In fact in Australia we will get under 10 hours of daylight today….the long dark night is upon us……
Today we are furtherest away from the Sun our Soul/Solar Energy.
From tomorrow the mighty wheel turns & starts its long journey back towards the light.
Energetically so do we.

Our Northern Family celebrate their Summer Solstice….the peak of the Sun, bathed in light, illumination.
They say in UK today you can expect up to 16 daylight hours.

The polarity …..the hemispheres
Dark & light
Night & day
Balance

Spend a moment reflecting on cycles, changing seasons, lessons learnt, & the mighty journey you have travelled so far this year.
Can you see how much you have evolved & changed?

How does summer & it’s energy effect you?
How does winter & it’s energy effect you?
Many flourish …..then hibernate.
More cycles…within cycles

Light a candle & look into the flame, let it radiate light through the darkness, symbolic of transformation & breaking through any real or perceived darkness.
It’s even better if you can have a fire ceremony, where you can release anything to be transformed & purified by the element of fire…..transformation & rebirth.
Symbolically by lighting a candle you are also lighting, or activating the light within…..your inner flame, or eternal flame …..restoring & balancing your life force energy.

Another way to expand your fire ceremony, sit & ponder, write down & offering all the old energies, situations, worries, fears, self sabotage, relationship issues, self abandonment, enabling sh*tty behaviours, lack of boundaries, anything that no longer serve your highest good.
Offer it to the flames for transformation.
Release it from your energy fields.
Let the smoke carry the burden & messages away as you freely choose to surrender the past & pain to Creator, or the Lords of Karma if you are doing a big Shamanic clearing.
Call in AA Micheal to cut the energetic cords.
Turning those wounds into wisdom.
See how much you have endured & grown.
Release the old stories, the old patterns…..
Let go of what, or whom, no longer serves you, or helps you to continually grow…..
Ask it (issue) to be transformed in the highest consciousness & for the highest good of all concerned……
Release & let go.
The fire purifying, activating transformation, clearing the space for the new.
Sacred space to regain clarity, focus, balance.

Mother Nature always knows, when we tune into her rhythm, we tune deeply into all life itself.
We plug back into self, life, our homes, communities,……
We power up…
We put down & anchor roots…..to feel safe….to belong……
We become One with nature, our surroundings & connect deeply to it’s vital source of life force energy.
We synchronise & harmonise with the elements & the life force energy nature gifts us….
We reap what we sow.
Don’t be afraid to do some massive inner gardening of your Tree of Life….pruning dead wood, cleaning up, fertilising….so the fruits of your labour can be harvested…..when divine timing comes……
We now plant those seeds, launch those plans, taking & making those dreams from the Ethers, bringing them down, creating Heaven on Earth…..they can become a reality.
So whatever we choose to do now, will yield us a great harvest come Spring & Summer.
Or alternatively allowing us to bunker down, hibernate, return to our energetic caves to rest, recover, recalibrate & revitalize.
Sometimes like our trees in winter we have to shed, get stripped bare, endure tough elements, then bud, shoot or flourish again when the spring or daylight/sun light returns.

We dream our world into being.
Dream big Dear Ones, dream big…..
for your hard work has been done….
your inner light is guiding you home.

Here comes the Sun little darling,

It’s time to honour your love, light & life path.
No more diminishing.
No more self sacrifice.
No more self abandonment.
It’s time to simply be…..
Free ….
We are all Beloved Children of the Universe….
