Over the years, I’ve tried a lot.
Restricting my food.
Intermittent fasting.
Different diet trends.
Looking for quick fixes.
Even trying a GLP-1 and realizing it just wasn’t the right fit for me.
And honestly?
I think a lot of women in midlife can relate to that cycle of always wondering if the next thing is finally going to be the answer.
These days, I’m not as interested in extremes.
I’m much more interested in:
supporting my metabolism,
building strength,
supporting energy,
and finding tools that actually make sense for this season of life.
That shift has changed a lot for me.
And honestly, it’s part of what’s led me to learn more about natural bioactive peptides and smarter ways to support the body.
Still learning.
Just not chasing extremes anymore.
