It’s a new year, which means you’re probably reevaluating all your poor health choices and setting a few fitness goals for 2017.

Well it's a new year and time for new goals. For 2017 we are challenging each of you to do 2017 miles of activity. That breaks down to 5.5 miles a day or about 39 miles a week. You can walk, bike, run, swim, stair climber, elliptical or even crawl. Just as long as you have a way to track the mileage. Thanks to Emily for sharing this idea with me and she even made a Google spreadsheet to log your miles.

Let me know if you're interested in doing this challenge with us and we will share the spreadsheet with you. And as an added bonus we will be giving a prize to the top 3 people with the most mileage.

We have also started a running group on Sundays so that would be great way to start the week off with some miles.
