I commonly treat patients that are at a high fall risk, have balance issues, have difficulty walking or getting up from a chair and have generalized muscle weakness. From a young age I always loved helping people. I graduated from SUNY Stony Brook in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science and Physical Therapy degree. Since than, I have had the opportunity to work in various settings and positions includi
ng an Outpatient Clinic as a Supervising Physical Therapist and in recent years as Home Care Therapist rehabilitating Seniors with a variety of diagnosis in the privacy of their home. I travel to patient’s homes that have a hard time leaving or have no transportation, and I help and teach them to get stronger, improve their balance and walking ability, and become more Independent in everyday activities. Here are the issues I commonly address:
• Balance & Gait Difficulties
• General De-conditioning
• Fall Prevention & Home
Safety Training
• Movement and Neurological
disorders such as
Parkinson’s Disease and
Multiple Sclerosis
• Difficulty with Activities of
Daily Living
• Arthritis, Osteoporosis &
Orthopedic Conditions
• Muscle & Joint Injuries
• Pre & Post Surgical
Rehabilitation
I take pride in getting to know my patients and their needs. I treat every patient with compassion and understanding, and work with them one on one in their home to help them reach their goals. If you or anyone you know would benefit from my services, please call me today at 516- 521- 4067
