📢 Lewis Peak Clinic Schedule Update

We wanted to let our patients know about an upcoming change to our office schedule.

✅ Monday, July 20: Normal office hours

👩‍⚕️ Shelby Pitts, FNP-C will be out of the office for the remainder of the week but will be available for urgent medical needs.

🩺 Office Staff Available:
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🚪 Office Closed:
Thursday, July 23 through Monday, July 27

We will resume our regular office hours on Monday, July 27.

If you have an urgent medical concern while Shelby is away, please call the clinic at (801) 920-6974, and our on-call service will assist you.
