Join us for Tai Chi at Northern Utah Trail Fest on October 3 at 3:30 p.m.

Ronen Divon is an experienced Tai Chi and Qigong instructor who has been teaching these arts since 1990. He continues to deepen his own study and practice of Eastern disciplines and philosophies.

Ronen’s classes emphasize relaxation, mindful breathing, grounding, energy cultivation, and Taoist philosophy, while also exploring the martial applications underlying the Tai Chi movements.

Depending on the setting, instruction may include fundamental principles, a variety of soft and hard Qigong exercises, meditative and breathing practices, selected concepts from the Tao Te Ching and the I Ching, and, in multi-week courses, the Standard Yang Style 24-form.
