I started this energy therapy practice in 2010 because I wanted to create a healing space for people to safely explore their inner landscape while being supported by clarifying energy. I LOVE personal growth, healing, self care, transparency and validation. I deeply encourage self care

and self love and I deeply discourage Toxic Positivity. You have permission to experience whatever you're feeling and I'd be honored to assist you with an energy workout. All sessions and workshops are held remotely by telephone or via Zoom. I live and work San Francisco, CA but my location doesn't limit my ability work with people anywhere.
