Junes tone of the Month is Mmmm - the bones 🦴

The tone Mmm gives us the opportunity to sing ourselves back into the moment… back to our ancient sound. It is the sacred hum and the core framework of our whole body voice.

Trickling down from crown to fingertips and toes, we follow with imagination, direction, and attention, playing the very instrument that we are. Human wood, bone, cartilage, and space.

The sacred hum has been used for generations. And your hum is foundational. It’s how you fall back into friendship and love with your own voice; through how it feels, how it tastes.

This month, use the hum Mmm everywhere - driving, walking, shopping, cooking, wherever you are.

This past weekend at Confluence we gathered under a barn roof with a theater full of people. There were no words. Just toning. Just the human voice doing what it was designed to do…regulate, restore, express, play, and free the nervous system.

Join us for a FREE class on April 15th at 1-2:15pm PT/4-5:15pm ET. We will be live on Zoom for this special one hour “taste” of our full Sing the Body Electric Weekend Immersion starting in May!

Our new album OUT TOMORROW- Vital Awakenings: Sonic Alchemy is an entirely new genre of music - songs composed of 42 different sounds/tones that resonate in specific areas of the body.

In this safe and brave space, we’ll use breath, sound, rhythm, and guided toning to awaken vitality, release stored tension, and restore a felt sense of coherence in the body. Supported by live band, group voice, and skilled facilitation, you’ll explore your voice as a whole-body instrument and experience the power of sound as medicine.
