A few years ago, I began my YouTube channel with a strong start of doing 30 videos in 30 days.

I created 154 total videos including The Holistic Pathway podcast which had 29 episodes with Holistic Practitioners from around the world.

Then... life took over and my channel and my work went dormant.

September 2026 begins a new chapter in my life.

Yummy! Chia seed pudding...

I'm sampling some chia seed pudding that I made last night.

Have you had it?

It's the first time I've made it in a long time and this time it had slight variations.

This was a recipe that I used as I studied Holistic Nutrition. Specifically, Raw Food Diet.

Ingredients:

Nutmilk of choice (in the past, I made Almond milk. This time, I bought cashew milk)

Organic chia seeds

Vanilla

Cinnamon (this time I used Saigon over traditional, it's a bit strong)

Maple Syrup

I've been in my own mess... again.

Bouncing. Transitioning. Figuring it out as I go.

Sound familiar?

Messes are kind of my thing. I've had enough of them to fill multiple lifetimes... and somewhere along the way I learned to turn them into experiments and my life into an adventure.

How cool is that!?

That's my work. That's my life. And I help others navigate their own.
