Mission: The Mission of Sooner SUCCESS is to advance an INCLUSIVE comprehensive, unified system of health, social and educational services for Oklahoma children and youth...in their Community. Sooner SUCCESS is an integrated service delivery model for families that include children with special health care needs. Sooner SUCCESS addresses barriers by seeding community capacity and infrastructure sp

read directly on local ground. Through the Sooner SUCCESSS integrated service delivery model the programs are incubated within the community structure taking root locally, with local autonomy. Through this process communities are able to sustain their own programs, gap closure is achieved, and community’s strengths empowered, collaboration between public and private agencies and organizations bridged. Ultimately leveraging all local resources for a unified comperhensive system of family focused care.

This year, we were incredibly honored to celebrate our 5th Annual Sibling Camp, made possible by some of the most amazing volunteers and partners we have ever had.
A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated team for the passion, care, and heart you pour into creating such a meaningful experience for siblings with and without disabilities. Your commitment truly makes a difference.
To our wonderful volunteers—thank you for loving our kids as if they were your own and for giving our caregivers a truly well‑deserved break.
And to our sibs: we see you, we love you, and we are here to support you on this wild and beautiful journey of lifelong advocacy.

Happy Oklahoma Inclusive Postsecondary Education Day! Today we celebrate the programs opening real college pathways for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We encourage families to include college planning in every student’s education.
