Dust off your boots! Join us for the OCB State Convention: “Kick Up Your Boots with OCB” 🤠

Has it been a while since you attended the OCB State Convention?

If so, you might be surprised at how much the weekend has evolved. We’ve refreshed the schedule to focus directly on real-world value, connection, and community. This year’s theme is “Kick Up Your Boots with OCB,” and we’re blending practical know-how with plenty of country-style fun.

• Hands-on, Practical Sessions: We’ve designed workshops centered on navigating the blind life day-to-day—packed with actionable tips, adaptive tech insights, and shared strategies from people who get it.

• Informative Programming (Friday & Saturday): Two full days of engaging speakers, advocacy updates, and interactive discussions that matter directly to you.

• Friday Fun Night: Kick back for an evening of lively fellowship, games, laughter, and great company.

Whether you’re a long-time member who hasn't made it in a few years or a first-timer curious about what OCB has to offer, this convention is built for you. Come catch up with old friends, make new ones, and pick up fresh tools to take home.

For decades, ACB has advocated for the civil and human rights of people who are blind or have low vision, working to advance and protect individual rights in areas including technology, health care, transportation, voting, and more.
