That’s why I created Thriving Through Menopause — a small-group workshop designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body, learn realistic lifestyle supports, and feel more confident advocating for yourself in medical settings.
This is not medical advice — it’s education, practical tools, and support from credible sources, shared in a welcoming space with other women walking the same path.
