No experience needed.   What to bring:
- sauna wear (swimsuit or something you can sweat in)
- towel
- yoga mat
- water bottle
- blanket
- pillow(s) (optional)
- journal and pen
- extra clothes if you would like to change. There is a shower and restroom on site.

A 20 minute session is just enough time to experience our locally-crafted sauna and get right back into witchy business. 🧙🏼

Registration for paddle is not required for booking a seat in our sauna - all attendees to the paddle and festival are welcome.

Snuggled into this private property yoga retreat with OMnia Yoga™ | Yoga School and Elisa Grabner. We were greeted with rain but that makes for great sauna weather.

You know what they say…when life gives you rain, bring the sauna 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😆
