Today, the Calistus Multiple Myeloma Foundation pauses to honor and remember the courageous men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

On this Memorial Day, we reflect with gratitude on the sacrifices made by our heroes and extend our thoughts and prayers to their families and loved ones. Their courage, dedication, and selfless service will never be forgotten.

As we remember those who served, we are reminded of the power of compassion, community, and supporting one another through life’s journey.

May we honor their legacy not only with words, but with kindness and service to others.

We are proud to share that our community partner, African Immigrant Family Services (AIFS), has officially opened a new Health Screening Center to provide FREE basic health screenings for community members and families.

These services are available to anyone who may benefit from early health screening and wellness checks. Screenings include:
• Blood Pressure
• Blood Sugar (Diabetes)
• Weight/BMI
• Temperature
• Heart Rate

No appointment is needed, and services are open to all community members. Early screening can help detect health concerns before they become serious.

We encourage our community, supporters, families, and friends to take advantage of this wonderful free resource and help us spread the word so more individuals can benefit from these important health services.

Together, we can continue building a healthier community for everyone. 💚

Today was nothing short of inspiring ✨

Attending the ICAN conference filled my heart with so much gratitude, purpose, and renewed energy. Being in a room surrounded by powerful, brilliant, and purpose-driven women I admire reminded me that we are capable of so much more than we often give ourselves credit for.

I left feeling empowered, motivated, and deeply aligned with my mission. There’s something truly special about witnessing women walk boldly in their calling—it pushes you to rise, stretch, and step even more confidently into your own.

A special highlight for me was sharing this experience with our CMMF Vice President, Dr. Dasgupta 💜 Watching her continue to excel and make meaningful contributions through her scientific research is truly inspiring. Her dedication to advancing knowledge, improving lives, and representing women in science so powerfully is something I deeply admire. I’m so proud of the work she’s doing and grateful we got to experience this empowering moment together.

Here’s to growth, impact, and continuing to show up as the best version of ourselves 💜
