Golfing with my girl Aftyn Johnson today at Brookview Golden Valley ⛳️💛

We got asked if we were sisters and honestly, I’ll take it! 😂 She’s a gorgeous blonde, blue-eyed gem and I’m over here bein the silly brunette—but apparently we have sister vibes. 👯‍♀️

We CRUSHED the course, had my yellow oc*****sy driver cover making its usual appearance 🐙💛, and even rolled down the hill like a couple of kids because…why not?! 😂🤣

So many laughs, so much fun, and just the kind of day I love. Aftyn, you are always a HOOT! 🥰⛳️☀️

I AM - CRYING. 😂😂😂

Found another page in my childhood journal…this one documenting ALL the boys I was going out with and how I couldn’t break up with one of them because I had already broken up with a few others and I felt BAD. 🤦🏻‍♀️💀🤣

This journal is basically a little time capsule proving that Tina has been Tina all along. Same heart, same overthinking, same ridiculousness…just with a few more years of life experience. 😂❤️

Hundreds of pages of this are sitting in a box and I’m starting to think I accidentally discovered the original autobiography of me. 📖🤣

UMMM…WHO GAVE THIS GIRL A JOURNAL?! 🤣

Because the funniest part? It’s literally still me. Same thoughts. Same personality. Same dramatic little observations. Apparently I have been me for a VERY long time. 😂

There are HUNDREDS of pages of my thoughts in these journals, and I’m equal parts terrified and entertained by what I might find next. 📖😂

Yesterday’s soundtrack was basically on repeat as Brian Hepp and I floated down the Cannon River. 🌿🛶

No agenda. No notifications. Just sunshine, fresh air, a little adventure, and lots of laughter. Sometimes the best date days are the simplest ones—getting outside, unplugging from the busy, and letting the river do the rest.

These are the moments that fill my cup and remind me that life doesn’t always have to be fast to be fun. Here’s to chasing adventures, making memories, and rolling through life together. 💛

USA WINS 🇺🇸⚽️ and suddenly I’m 12 years old again…😋

Channeling my inner child “Tina” (yes, that was me back in the day) — making closet music videos, lip syncing like I’m on tour (Spice Girls, Paula Abdul, TLC, Britney, Shoop 🤣)…all with zero cares in the world.

Something about the energy right now… World Cup wins, America turning 250 🇺🇸, all the patriotic feels — it just hits different. ❤️🤍💙

Honestly? I love when I let her out. She’s fun, fearless, and reminds me not to take life so seriously.

Tell me…do you ever tap into your inner child like this? Or am I the only one putting on full concerts in my closet? 😂☝🏼

While slung the salts 🧂 at an event in Omaha, I explored the INCREDIBLE !! 🦓🦧🐅🐘🐠🦏🐊

This place BLEW my mind away! 🤯😍

Logged 15k steps in a little over 3 hours! 😅 Would take MUCH longer with kids as I was zippin through to see everything! ⚡️

Zoo came highly recommended and for good reason! A MUST while visiting Omaha!! 🙌🏼

Hope you had the merriest Christmas! ❤️🎄💚

Ours was one we’ll never forget.

A cozy cabin getaway, Truffle snuggles 🐾, best meal ever (surf n turf on steroids)…and the sweetest gift of all—getting to have Mom home with us for Christmas after a looong 41 days of being away. Truly nothing compares.

And today…it’s the day after Christmas and we are doing absolutely nothing 😌
No plans. Nowhere to be. Just us, resting, exhaling, and soaking in the stillness together—something we haven’t had in a long time.

Feeling extra grateful, thankful, and blessed 🤍✨
