GlassWing Medicine A Haven of Self-Care
Intuitive Coaching, Sound Baths, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Workshops, & Events Have you heard of the GlassWing Butterfly?
(1)

It's a rare and delicate butterfly seen as a sign of spiritual awakening, encouraging us to explore our spiritual path and deepen our connection with the world. Like all butterflies, it represents change, transformation, and personal growth in discovering the higher self. A transparent butterfly, it also symbolizes honesty, openness, and vulnerability. It's a reminder to be true to ourselves and others. And its fragility teaches us to cherish the present moment. That is the foundation and heart of GlassWing Medicine. GlassWing Medicine is a haven of self-care. It's a place to experience relaxing sound baths and vibrational sound therapy. You can support your life's journey through intuitive life coaching and guidance or explore topics on spirituality and wellness through group events and workshops. It's a place of community, gathering, and relaxation. GlassWing Medicine is a safe place to heal, be seen, loved, and heard. Angela Jackson is a Vibrational Sound Therapist Certified Practitioner and owner of GlassWing Medicine in Longview, WA. She came to start a practice in sound therapy to heal others through vibrational medicine and sound, using her background in music to create intentional soundscapes that would assist clients on an internal journey into their souls. An intuitive introvert, she enjoys connecting with people individually to help them achieve their life goals and heal from difficult life situations through coaching and sound. With a heart for community, Angela loves collaborating with healers to co-facilitate workshops and events and share different healing modalities. "I love to support the work others are doing in the community so we can thrive and grow and provide every resource a person may need." As we move further into Fall, I find myself appreciating the quieter moments a little more. There’s something about this time of year that makes turning inward feel natural.

On November 8, we’ll gather virtually for a New Moon Sound Bath. An opportunity to settle into your own space, get comfortable, and spend some time immersed in sound.

One of the beautiful things about gathering this way is that you can experience it from wherever you feel most at home. Bring your blankets, pillows, and anything that helps you feel supported. There’s nowhere you need to be except right where you are.

We'll begin with gentle breathing and settling practices before moving into the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice.

We'll close with an optional sharing circle for anyone who would like to connect.

I'd love for you to join us. 🤍

November 8 | 4:00–5:00 PM PST
Location: Online, wherever you are
Energy Exchange: $15–$25 sliding scale

Registration is available through the link below.

It’s been a minute since I launched a video. I’ve had this one in the hopper since summer, and I realized just the other day what it needed… nature sounds.

I recorded the river and birds you hear here in 2021 at my fav campground by the Nehalem River. It was such a gorgeous day, so I took a few minutes to capture the moment. What you’re hearing is all organic, an outward expression of my inner landscape.

That space in time seems so distant now. Life was also much simpler. I hope this brings rest, peace, and renewed energy to your soul.

Each month, as the moon reaches her fullness, we gather to create space for what is ready to be witnessed, softened, and released.

Join us at The Homestead in Onalaska for a 120-minute evening of sound and fire.

We’ll begin with an immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice. You’ll be invited to rest and receive while noticing what is present without needing to change it, explain it, or make sense of it.

From there, we’ll move together to the fire.

The full moon offers a natural threshold. A moment to recognize what has been stirring beneath the surface and what may be ready to shift.

Working with the energy and symbolism of the current full moon, you’ll have an opportunity to release what has run its course. This might be an old story, a burden you’re ready to set down, or simply a way of being that no longer feels like yours to carry.

There is nothing to force and no particular experience you are meant to have. Come with whatever is present and allow the evening to meet you there.

There's something special about sound baths during the darker months. There’s a mystery and a depth to these experiences.

Last night was special under the Aries Harvest Full Moon. We sat in community immersed in sound, drank cacao, and released our special offerings to the fire. It was special indeed. It always goes so fast. Over an hour of sound feels like we just started. It's a little time warp.

Join us for the next one? October 24; link in bio.

I hope this video brings you some calm today. The world is on fire but we’re here to help, heal, and support one another. Big love to you all. Happy Sunday.

There is something about rhythm that changes the way we experience sound.

It gives the body something to follow. Something to settle into. Something that can feel grounding, intimate, and sacred.

For Rhythm & Sound on October 10, Patrick and I will be weaving live percussion with crystal bowls, gongs, voice, and chimes, creating a journey that moves between rhythm and stillness, fullness and spaciousness, sound and silence.

My daughter and her friend watched the video for this event and and her friend said it was “sexy,” which made me laugh. 😂 But there is something about the combination of rhythm, resonance, and two people creating together that carries its own kind of chemistry.

Which made me think… this might be a really beautiful evening to experience with your partner.

You’ll have space to arrive together, settle into the sacredness of the evening, and let yourselves receive. No conversation to keep up with, nowhere else to be, just two hours to rest into sound and share an experience side by side.

And of course, you absolutely do not need to come with a partner. Come alone, bring a friend, or bring whoever you would love to share the evening with.

📍 October 10 | 6:00–8:00 PM
Pacha Collective | Vancouver, WA
Energy Exchange: $55

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and anything else that helps your body feel comfortable and supported.

Registration is through the Linktree in my bio.

Happy New Moon in Virgo. 🌑♍

This time of year is always about letting go of whatever doesn’t belong with me in the next season. And this Virgo energy gives me the support I need to clear the ground and plant new seeds of life.

What seeds are you planting under this dark moon?

This sound bath is the perfect grounding and settling for your nervous system. The kind that allows you to simply be. It features 432 Hz Crystal Bowls, Rainstick, and Wind Chimes.

I hope it supports integration and relaxation for your soul.

You can watch the full video using the YouTube link in my bio.

The new moon invites us into the darkness and into a quieter space within ourselves. It is a time to slow down and listen to the whispers of the heart, to notice what is beginning to take root and give ourselves permission to simply be with it.

Join me for a virtual New Moon Sound Bath on October 7. Together we’ll settle into the evening and allow sound to create space for stillness, listening, and whatever is ready to emerge.

Create a cozy space, bring your blankets and pillows, and give yourself permission to simply receive.

Play is a great way to remember who you ARE. Trauma has a way of covering up the joy of doing the things that make us who we are.

What would it feel like to reminisce and rediscover the things that brought you joy as a child? Can you recall the feeling of doing the things that inspired you so much you could do it for hours?

Maybe you could take some time today to rediscover your play! You might be surprised by what you still love from your childhood that reminds you of who you’ve always been. 🎢🧸⛹️🛝
