Clove Oil (14PV) - Known for its ability to cleanse teeth and gums, Clove essential oil is also a stimulating and energizing oil that produces a warm, woody aroma. You can use Clove over your thyroid which in turn supports adrenal function and stress, be sure to dilute with a carrier oil. Use this oil 1-2x daily.

Rosemary Oil (14PV) - Frequently used for cooking, Rosemary has long been revered by many cultures for its internal benefits and energizing scent. You can use this directly over your adrenal glands topically, massage in with carrier oil (adrenal glands are located on the top of your kidneys). You can use this oil 1x each day and it is recommended to dilute with a carrier oil. You can also make yourself a roller bottle with 10 drops rosemary and 20 drops fractionated coconut oil.

Lemon Oil (10 PV) - The cleansing, purifying, and invigorating properties of Lemon make it one of the most versatile oils, not to mention the top-selling essential oil that dōTERRA® offers. Take 1-2 drops lemon essential oil in a glass of water to support your stress response. Also, a few drops over your liver with a carrier oil is sure to give your liver and adrenal glands a boost. (avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours)

Frankincense Oil (60.75 PV) - This “king of oils,” promotes feelings of peace and overall wellness when used aromatically, while topical and internal uses provide a wide variety of health benefits. Put 1-4 drops under your tongue is sure to give your adrenals the support they need in any stressful situation and can also help with head tension associated with stress on the adrenal glands. You can also use this powerful oil along your spine and chest for extra relief from stress.
