Tbh Instagram constantly reminds me how ✨it’s such a SMALL WORLD✨ while helping me connect with people professionally and personally in this little corner of the internet 🥹💛

This page started as an online diary during PT school and evolved into a way to market my small business with very humble beginnings. Since then, it’s continued to grow alongside me as I’ve found an even deeper love and appreciation for pelvic health physical therapy. 💞

I’ve also done a lot of self-work to move away from my ✨people-pleasing✨ tendencies. I’ve learned that I’m not for everyone— and that’s okay! 💁🏻‍♀️

I’d rather build a community and safe space for people who vibe with…

💞 Women’s health and conversations people usually label “TMI.”

💖 Supporting small businesses— especially SoCal food spots, women-owned businesses, and Filipino-owned shops 🇵🇭

💃🏻 Random dance breaks— because yes— ThRoWiNg a$$ absolutely counts as exercise when the song is right 😂 👀

🏋🏼‍♀️ Celebrating what our bodies can do through movement instead of criticizing how they look!

🚮 Leaving body shaming out the door. Let’s thank our bodies, nourish them well, and move toward becoming the strongest, healthiest versions of ourselves. 🫂

If I ended up on your algorithm… WELCOME BAYBEEEE. 🙌🏽 I’m so happy you’re here. 🥰

Do these phrases sound familiar as you’re scrolling? 🤔✨

If so, please read this post! 🙏🏼❤️🤲🏼

I started noticing how often we say, “I’m sorry.”

And honestly... it’s so frequent that it almost feels automatic. It’s become a habit that many of us say before asking a question, expressing an emotion, or simply taking up space.

I know it’s often just an expression but I hope this serves as a gentle reminder:

Save your apologies for when you truly mean them and when they truly matter.

You never have to apologize for asking for help, having questions, or setting boundaries! 💛

Tbh in ✨pelvic health✨ there really isn’t such a thing.
If anything… TELL ME EVERYTHING 😂🚽💩❤️💥

Completely normal!
I actually hear this on the daily.
Many people express feeling a little nervous because pelvic floor physical therapy is such a new experience!
Whether it be not knowing what to expect, anticipating the appointment, or feeling vulnerable talking about pelvic health— it’s very common to feel a little nervous. Regardless, you’re always in control here ☺️

Holding it together can feel harder than letting it out. Thank you for trusting me with your story.
You’re in a safe space. 🫂

Internal exams are NEVER mandatory.
There are many ways to treat the pelvic floor and we’ll move at a pace that’s comfortable for you ☺️

Please ask!
Understanding your body isn’t an inconvenience-
it’s empowering. 🙌🏽

As a pelvic health physical therapist on this side of the Internet, I want you to know: you don’t have to apologize here.

If you’re sitting in front of a computer for hours a day—this post is for you 🙌🏽

As a Physical Therapist, I’ve seen a noticeable rise in aches and pains that are directly linked to prolonged sitting and low daily movement.

For this 6-week protocol, we used the Incline Walking Treadmill alongside to track key health metrics.

We didn’t focus on intensity— we focused on consistency.

By adding daily walking and gradually increasing time, we saw:
↓ Resting Heart Rate → improved cardiovascular efficiency
↑ Heart Rate Variability → better recovery & regulation
↑ Average daily step count → more consistent movement

Along with these trends, we also saw improvements in energy, motivation, and a reduction in knee and back discomfort. 🙌🏽

You don’t need a perfect routine— you just need opportunities to ✨ MOVE MORE ✨

Reducing sedentary time even in simple, repeatable ways can make a meaningful difference in how your body functions and recovers.

That’s why I appreciate tools like the walking pad, it makes movement easier to integrate into your day and lifestyle.

Work better, live healthier
