I need to say good bye to one of my yogi’s who passed suddenly this last Thursday. Richard was my biggest advocate in getting chair yoga 🧘‍♂️ 🪑 set up at the assisted living facility I work and he lived. He was in a lot of pain, daily. But he showed up to every single class I taught and he fought for our class when it was trying to be cancelled. He was a loud and passionate Bostonian with the heart ❤️ of a teddy bear 🧸. Thank you 🙏🏻 for letting me guide you Richard and allowing me to help you let go. @ Oregon City, Oregon
