POV: You’re trying to get the last dose out of the bottle at 2am and the syringe is NOT cooperating 😵‍💫

Parenting hack you didn’t know you needed 👇
The Ryan and Rose syringe is longer than the standard Motrin one, so it actually reaches the bottom of the bottle 🙌

No more tilting, shaking, or guessing doses. Just simple, accurate, and way less stressful.

Save this for your next sick kid night 🤍

Bedtime battles? You’re not alone 🌙

Magnesium glycinate is one of my favorite gentle supports for kids who struggle to wind down at night. It helps calm the nervous system, relax little bodies, and support deeper, more restful sleep—without acting like a sedative.

Think: less “wired and silly at bedtime”… more calm, cozy, and ready for sleep 🤍

A few benefits:
✨ Promotes relaxation
✨ Supports healthy sleep cycles
✨ Helps with restlessness & muscle tension
✨ Gentle on the stomach

As always, check with your pediatrician for proper dosing and to make sure it’s right for your child.

Because better sleep for them = better sleep for everyone 🙌

FACE MASKS: The WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHY, and HOW
WHO?
✅Yes? Ages 2+. immunocompromised or high risk should wear an N95.
🛑No? CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 2 SHOULD NOT WEAR A MASK because of accidental suffocation. Children with cognitive or respiratory impairments.
WHAT?
😷Reserve N-95 and surgical masks for healthcare professionals. 2 layers of quilters cotton (180 thread count or more) is the most effective type of cloth to filter viral particles. Extra fabric or filters in between layers increase effectiveness. Pleated face coverings with elastics fit children the best.
Effectiveness of mask types by % of particles filtered: N-95: 97%, effective homemade: up to 79%, surgical mask: 65%, bandanas:
