This Wellness Wednesday we’re talking about mental health through the body.
Anxiety, brain fog, low mood, irritability, overwhelm, and feeling emotionally exhausted are not always just mindset issues.
The brain is part of the body, and it responds to what is happening in the nervous system, gut, blood sugar, hormones, sleep, inflammation, and toxic burden.
This week we’ll talk about why mood can feel louder when the body feels unsafe, depleted, inflamed, or overwhelmed, and simple ways to support the body so the mind can feel more steady too.
This is not a replacement for mental health care, and support is always available for anyone in crisis. This is an educational conversation about the body connection and how to start listening to what symptoms may be trying to say.
