Sundays are Community Impact Days for us.

Today, we’re spending just a little time working on something that I personally care very much about.

A Nurse’s Heart Advocacy Group has committed to donating 25 puzzles with hand-written notes that will be distributed among veterans suffering from isolation and loneliness.

We have committed to 4 separate donations throughout 2026 and our very first donation drop off is coming up on July 1st!

I’ve been building this small program initiative mostly in private but am so proud of it!

The strongest communities are built when businesses don't just serve people—they actively invest in them.

That's why I am excited to begin building what I am calling our Community Impact Pillar.

Our first initiative will support veterans experiencing loneliness and isolation through a partnership with a local nonprofit puzzle program.

Four times each year, A Nurse's Heart Advocacy Group will donate puzzles along with handwritten notes of encouragement and appreciation for the veterans who receive them.

It's a simple gesture, but sometimes the smallest acts of kindness create the biggest impact.

This is only the beginning.

My vision is to continue building partnerships, resources, and programs that improve the lives of seniors, veterans, caregivers, and families throughout our community.

One thing I’ve realized working with seniors and families is how overwhelming the “little things” can become during transitions.

Hospital beds. Walkers. Shower chairs. Mobility support. Safety equipment. Recovery supplies. Trying to figure out what’s actually needed — and where to even get it — can add so much stress to families already navigating difficult situations.

I’ve been working on expanding my resource network so I can better help families not only with placement and advocacy support, but also with practical day-to-day needs that come up during recovery, aging in place, hospice transitions, and caregiving.

Why Work With Us?

One thing I’ve realized while building this business is that what sets me apart isn’t just that I help families find senior living.

It’s that I understand every side of the process.

I have a background in business and management, but I also hold my BSN and have first-hand bedside nursing experience. I’ve worked inside the healthcare system. I understand the pressure families feel during discharge planning, the challenges case managers and hospital staff face trying to coordinate safe transitions, and the operational realities that facilities are balancing every day.

That perspective changes the way I approach this work.

I don’t believe in “volume-based” placement services where families are rushed through decisions or treated like transactions. I intentionally built this business around quality, personalization, responsiveness, and long-term relationships.

I work closely with:
• Families and clients
• Hospital referral partners
• Senior living and care facility partners

And my goal is always the same:

Create smoother, safer, less overwhelming transitions for everyone involved.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the strong referral relationships I’m continuing to build within major hospitals across Central Florida, with plans to continue growing throughout other areas of Florida over time. Being able to combine my nursing background, healthcare experience, and entrepreneurial vision into something that genuinely helps people has been incredibly meaningful to me.

Because this is a small business — and currently just me — I’m also able to offer a level of flexibility, accessibility, and personalization that larger companies often can’t. I make decisions quickly. I adapt quickly. I stay deeply involved in every case.

And truthfully, I care deeply about doing this well.

This business was built from determination, resilience, passion, and a genuine belief that families deserve better support during some of the hardest and most emotional healthcare decisions they’ll ever face.
