🫐 It's Blueberry Day! And if I had to choose one fruit to keep stocked in my freezer year-round, it would be WILD blueberries.
They're tiny…but don't let their size fool you!
Wild blueberries are one of the most beneficial foods for supporting brain health because they're rich in antioxidants and unique plant compounds that help nourish and protect the body. I love adding them to my morning routine because they're an easy, delicious way to enjoy more fruit.
While regular blueberries are still a wonderful choice, wild blueberries naturally contain more concentrated pigments and beneficial compounds because they grow in the wild and are much smaller.
My pantry and freezer are almost never without:
🫐 Wyman's Wild Blueberry Juice (my grandkids love this)
🫐 Frozen Wild Blueberries from Azure Standard (https://www.azurestandard.com/?a_aid=d9a86ffc85)
One sip or handful, and I'm happy! 💙
Do you have wild blueberries in your freezer? If not, this might be your sign to give them a try!
