Winter Park Pines Community Association 2026 Annual Meeting of the Membership

The Winter Park Pines Community Association Annual Meeting of the Membership will be on October 14, 2025, at 7:30 PM, via Zoom. The purpose of the annual meeting is for the election of Officers and Directors, presentation of the annual reports and general business. If you are interested in volunteering to serve for the 2026/2027 year or like to attend the Annual Meeting of the Membership, please contact Peter Mason at [email protected] with your interest or any questions.

The Nominating Committee has announced their recommended slate for the 2026/2027 term:
Directors: Michelle Deleon, Denise Ertler, Fran Frataccia, Melissa Johnson, Shanon Larimer, Caroll Magierski, Peter Mason, Joe McCluan, Colby Roof, Cassandra Roustai, Kyle Schafer.

Can you believe it's almost October already?! 🎃 We have plenty of seasonal fun in store next month, so make sure you join us!

Here is a list of events to clear your calendar for.

October 10th - Build beautiful houseplant terrariums with a celestial theme at 10am. ✨ Then, enjoy a Houseplant Seminar 101 at 12pm to learn how to become the best plant parent! will be here with delicious sourdough bread and treats! 🍪

October 17th & 18th - Our classic pumpkin patch and pumpkin painting will be held on both days from 10am until 4pm! 🎃 will be here serving frozen treats, and will be here on the 18th.

October 24th - Pick up your bare root strawberry pre-orders and stop by our Strawberry Gardening Seminar to learn how to grow the best strawberries in town at 10am! 🍓 Then get your berries potted up and ready to go at our Strawberry Planting Workshop at 12pm. Chuck's Ice and the Cookie Boutique will be here with tasty sweets! 🧡
