Yeah, same.

The truth is, feeling drained isn’t always because you’re doing too much. Sometimes it’s the little habits that quietly add up over time.

A lot of us are out here trying to function at 100% with a battery sitting at 12%.

No judgment—I say this as someone who occasionally forgets where I put my phone while actively holding it.

Anyone else feel personally attacked by Florida summer?

You spend the day at the pool, the beach, running errands, chasing kids, getting workouts in, and somehow you’re still expected to function like a normal human.

Then the afternoon hits and you’re tired, foggy, dragging, and reaching for another coffee.

A lot of people think that’s just part of summer.

Sometimes it’s not.

When it’s hot outside, your body is working harder than you realize. Between the heat, sweating, travel, activity, and not drinking nearly as much water as we think we are, it’s easy to end up feeling depleted.

Taking care of yourself isn’t just sunscreen and avoiding sunburn. It’s making sure your body has what it needs to keep up with everything you’re asking it to do.

Because feeling good this summer is about more than how you look.
